DELIVERY DEADLINE
BooksVN will contact Teachers, Parents and Readers via phone and email to guide first-time users to register for an online digital book management account or confirm the account with current users before we process digital book orders.
Delivery time for online books in Digital or eBook format: 03 working days.
Delivery time for printed books: 20 working days.
Items with mixed ISBNs (bundle, hybrid) including both print and online digital books: First, teachers, parents and readers will receive the digital component within 3 working days while waiting for the printed item during express delivery.
REVISION YOUR PURCHASE ORDER OR CANCEL THE ORDER
Once BooksVN receives an Order and has placed an order with suppliers who are foreign publishers, changes cannot be made to the Order through our system.
However, if the supplier has not confirmed the order, Teachers, Parents and Readers can cancel the order and then place a new updated order.
If you, Teachers, Parents and Readers need to modify or cancel your order, please send an email to cs@booksvn.com to check the order status to see if it is still available so we can help cancel or correct your Order.
