Books in Print:
In case of any discrepancy, please send a photo of the product condition, clearly stating the technical error if any, to cs@booksvn.com for warranty and return consideration. Warranty or Refunds are processed within 7 business days. Products that are warranted, exchanged or returned must be in their original packaging, original packaging, promotional gifts and accompanying sales documents.
Digital Books:
Books During the 1 year validity of your digital books, Teachers, Parents and Readers will receive instructions when starting to use and receive support when needing advice and answers related to that digital textbook.
PRODUCTS ARE NOT WARRANTY OR RETURNABLE
The return policy only applies to printed books, does not apply to digital books and bundle/set books that include digital components.
In addition to the warranty and return reasons mentioned above, BooksVN does not support returns for reasons such as: Teachers, Parents and Readers ordered the book wrongly, the book has boring content, Teachers, Parents and Readers do not like the ordered product or usage needs have changed.
